CoreHabit is designed to stay simple. Most issues can be resolved with the steps below.
Hold your iPhone in portrait with the screen facing you and let it move with your torso. Start nearly flat, rise until upright, then return fully before beginning the next rep.
Wear a compatible heart-rate sensor, allow CoreHabit to read heart rate in Apple Health, and give the first reading a few seconds to appear after your workout begins.
After you approve Health access, completed sessions can save automatically as Core Training workouts. Your sit-up count remains available in CoreHabit’s on-device history.
Open Settings, choose Health, then Data Access & Devices and CoreHabit. Motion access can be reviewed under Settings, Privacy & Security, Motion & Fitness.
